What is VidiVet?
Vidivet gives you access to digital vet support out of hours – 6.30pm – 8.30am. If you are concerned about your pet but not sure if you need to see a vet at the practice or you have a concern about the medication your pet is taking, you can send your concerns to a vet via the VidiVet App and get a personalised video response direct to your phone within minutes.
What are the benefits of VidiVet?
We are covering the cost of this service so that it is FREE to all Deveron registered clients. It gives you instant access to a vet out of hours between 6.30pm – 8.30am. It gives you pet advice when you need it and the peace of mind that you are doing the right thing for your pet.
How do I access VidiVet?
We recommend that you follow these simple steps now so that you have your own account ready on VidiVet should you ever need the service out of hours:
Step 1 – Register to VidiVet for free here
Step 2 – Download the VidiVet app from your app store
Step 3 – Sign in and ask any pet question
But what if my pet falls seriously ill or has had a bad accident?
In the event of an urgent medical problem, please call our usual number 01771 637670 and you will be directed to our on-call vet.
We are confident that VidiVet will be a helpful addition to our out of hours service between 6.30pm – 8.30am to ensure there is always veterinary advice available for you whenever you are worried about the health of your pet out of hours.
